In this particular case, the patient went to an orthodontist and was diagnosed with 2 years of orthodontic treatment with 4 teeth extractions. He then came to our office for a second opinion. We let him know we could straighten his teeth to our best ability without doing any extractions, without doing braces and in half the time if he follows instructions.
